Itineraries
Itineraries will be sent upon request; complete itineraries and detailed by each type of tour, specifying daily activities, transportation, lodgings, meals and specific recommendations as for climate, clothing, health considerations, reading material, list of participants and suggestions on photographic equipment and films.


Groups
Given that our Photographic tours operate with a minimum of 2 and a maximum of 6 persons. We recommend you to reserve with sufficient anticipation to assure your place.


Photographic tours cost
The rate of each tour includes: lodgings, all meals, river and overland transportation, guiding services, entrance fee to National Parks.
Does not it include: air fares or another transportation costs from the place of origin of the participant to the starting point of the tour, airport taxes, medical insurance and/or trip insurance, beverages, gratitude to the guides, telephone calls, laundry, bank transfer costs or another personal kind item. The prices are based on base rates of a minimum of 2 persons.


Lodging and Transportation
When ever it is possible, the participants will stay at comfortable hotels. In some areas, the most interesting photographic spots are located far away from the modern comforts, in these cases, the lodging will be in cottages and tents. In such circumstances, the type of lodging will be specified in the itinerary details. The transportation during the tours will be, generally, in small trucks or vans and/or special vehicles according to the road conditions.


Payments
A US$ 300.- deposit will be required to reserve a place in a tour, with a minimum of 15 days prior to departure date. The full balance should be paid within 30 days prior to start date of the tour. All the payments should be in US $ or Euros through bank transfer to:

The rates of the tours do not include the expenses of bank transfers or money wires.


Cancellations
The cancellations received, after the confirmation of the services, will have, in all the cases, a charge for reservation expenses, that will be charged US $ 50,00 (fifty OR S. dollars) for each destination or reservation canceled, as well as any additional charge that may occur. In general, and excepting the quoted in the previous section, the cancellations that are received with less than 15 days prior to date of departure, a charge according to the following scale will apply them:
a) Between 9 and 6 days 20% of full balance.
b) Between 5 and 3 days 30%.
c) Within 2 day prior to departure 40%.
d) If the participant does not arrive on the departure day or cancels his/hers reservation 1 day before, there will be no refund, the participant has to pay 100% of the tour rate.
Despite of the previous statement, the participant will be charged for any additional charge or expense, that may charge the hotels or related services companies, according to its conditions. All the services included in the tour not used or canceled voluntarily by the clients during their itinerary, these will not be refunded. These conditions, generally stated, are subject to the corresponding adjustments or changes, that may or have to be performed, according to the current regulation of the country where the client hire his trip.


Insurance
The persons for whom the cancellation by medical reasons is a possibility, but anyway would like to sign in for our tours, we recommend to hire some kind of trip insurance. Thus we recommend to hire a travel medical insurance such as Assist Card.


Tobacco - smoking
We request the participants not to smoke in the vehicles, during the meals and in any other moments where the smoker is close to person.


Luggage
Luggage is not subject to the transportation contract, being understood to all the effects, that the traveler keeps it always with himself, anywhere that may be placed in the hotel and vehicle. The Luggage is transported on the traveler´s sole risk and expense. The organizer under any circumstances, has no responsibility for it and can not be obliged to respond contractually for the loss or damages that may occur during the tour.
